Here’s a peak at Donna and Mark’s romantic and fun engagement session.

Brett and Charlie had a blast running around the yard together.  Charlie showed us awesome skills at basket ball with a little help from his dad.  We also got a demonstartion of how fast he can race his radio flyer around the pool and last but not leaset he showed us his bubble blowing skills which I myself am very impressed with.  Thanks Charlie for showing us such a great time.

and then it was race time!

Back in the day the wearing of cuff links was the sing of a gentlemen.  Cufflinks are one of the few accessories a man willingly or not so willingly wears on his wedding day.  Well my thought is make them personal, so on that note I a.) wanted to learn a little bit about why men started wearing cufflinks and b.) find some really fun ones.  Here’s what peaked my interest.  To learn a little more about the history of cufflinks check out The Cufflink: A Short History

I saw these little gems an thought of Brett, they are made from Cadillac parts. He loves anything that has to do with cars and what better thing than cufflinks made of car parts. I guess the only thing better for him would be cufflinks made from parts of our old cars.

The Second part of Lauren and Brandon’s super fun photoshoot. The sun was going down and we had one more spot we really wanted to get to. So we scurried over to the beautiful eucalyptus groves in La Jolla for a little different feel as day turned to night.  Erin brought along some great vintage velvet chairs and strung hearts in the trees for a whimsical romantic feel.  That girl knows how to set the mood.  Thanks Erin for bringing along such great props the shoot wouldn’t have been as great with out your vision.
